Bajeeok Terms & Conditions — Everything You Need to Know Before Using the Platform

1General Terms

Bajeeok (bajeeok.app) is an online entertainment platform offering lottery, gaming, and prize services to citizens of Bangladesh. These terms and conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between bajeeok and its members.

By using bajeeok's website, mobile application, or any other digital channel, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. These terms are governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh.

Bajeeok is a platform built for entertainment purposes. Participation does not guarantee any financial returns. bajeeok makes no claim to being an investment platform. Members use the platform at their own discretion and responsibility.

2Account Registration & Eligibility

The following requirements must be met to open an account on bajeeok:

• You must be at least 18 years old at the time of registration.
• Each individual may only register one account. If the same person is found to have opened multiple accounts, all accounts will be terminated and deposited funds may be forfeited.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
• It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login credentials confidential.
• Transferring or selling your account to another person is strictly prohibited.

Bajeeok may initiate the KYC process at any time. You may be asked to provide a copy of your national ID, passport, or other government-issued document. Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until KYC is successfully completed.

3Payment & Transaction Policy

The following rules apply to all financial transactions on bajeeok:

• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket.
• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 and the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours. However, KYC verification or other administrative requirements may cause delays.
• Withdrawals must be made through the same payment method used for the deposit.
• A confirmation message is sent for every transaction. If you do not receive one, please contact bajeeok support.
• Bajeeok reserves the right to suspend or cancel any transaction if fraudulent activity is suspected.

4Bonus & Promotion Terms

Bajeeok offers members special bonuses and promotions from time to time. These offers are subject to the following terms and conditions:

• Each bonus offer has its own terms and conditions, which are listed on the offer page.
• The welcome bonus applies to first deposits only and can be claimed once per member.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. They become withdrawable only after the specified wagering requirements have been met.
• To receive a referral bonus, the referred person must successfully register and make their first deposit.
• Bajeeok reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

5Rewards & Winnings Policy

The following rules apply when winning and claiming rewards on bajeeok:

• Every draw is conducted using a fully random algorithm (RNG). There is no way to alter the outcome.
• Prize claims must be submitted within 30 days of the draw result announcement. Claims made after this period will not be accepted.
• Full KYC verification is required for rewards exceeding ৳10,000.
• Rewards obtained through cheating or system manipulation will be voided.
• Rewards cannot be transferred to another person's account.
• All decisions made by bajeeok regarding prizes are final.

6Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bajeeok:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Attempting to influence the system using bots, automated software, or scripts.
• Attempting to access another person's account without authorization.
• Attempting to infiltrate, hack, or spread malware within bajeeok's systems or software.
• Using bajeeok for money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity.
• Operating an account under a false identity or using another person's information.
• Using bajeeok's brand, logo, or content without authorisation.
• Harassing, intimidating, or deceiving other members.

7Account Closure & Suspension Policy

Bajeeok may suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• If the Terms & Conditions are violated.
• If KYC verification fails or false information is provided.
• If the account has been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• If suspicious transactions or evidence of fraud are detected.
• If the member submits a request to close their own account.

Members may also request account closure at any time through the support team. If there is a valid balance at the time of closure, it will be refunded to the member's registered payment method, excluding any bonus funds with unmet wagering requirements.

8Limitation of Liability

Bajeeok accepts no liability for the following:

• If the service is disrupted due to internet connectivity issues or technical problems.
• Losses caused by third parties (mobile banking providers, internet service providers).
• If an account is compromised due to the member's own negligence or sharing of their password.
• If services are disrupted due to natural disasters, cyberattacks, or other unavoidable circumstances.

Bajeeok makes every effort to keep the service running 24/7. However, brief downtime may occasionally be required for maintenance or upgrades, and advance notice will be provided.

9Privacy & Data Protection

Bajeeok is committed to protecting its members' personal information. The core principles governing data collection and use are:

• Member information is used solely for service delivery, verification, and fulfilment of legal obligations.
• Member data is never sold or shared with third parties, except where required by a legal order.
• Members may view or update their personal information at any time.

10Responsible Gaming

• Bajeeok's final decisions are made in accordance with the applicable terms and conditions.
